Shipping policy

1 General

Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain an accurate stock inventory, however from time to time there may be a stock variance and we may not be able to stock all items at the time of your purchase. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss whether you would prefer to wait for the out-of-stock item to be restocked or if you would prefer a voucher.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and, most importantly, the destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping costs will be collected at the time of purchase. This price will be the final price of your order for shipping costs.

3. Returns

4. Delivery terms

In general, orders shipped abroad can be in transit for 4. However, in exceptional cases this period can be longer (up to twenty days). This varies greatly depending on the type of delivery chosen and the supplier associated with the items included in the order you have placed.

Dispatch times

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days of payment. We allow 24 hours for changes to shipping addresses.

Our teams contact the locations where the items are stored from Monday to Friday during normal business hours, except on national holidays, when the shipment will not be activated with the storage locations.

When you place an order on our website under the company name “AWSEO”, the maximum delivery time is 5 business days. Orders are often shipped within 5 business days. However, delivery may take up to 2 to 4 weeks during this busy period.

It is important to note the difference between shipping and delivery. Delivery involves transporting goods to a destination address. Shipping, on the other hand, is the process of sending the items in an order.

This is why delivery times can, in exceptional cases, be up to 5 weeks (2 business days for order processing, 5 business days for shipping and 4 weeks for delivery).

These are exceptional total lead times but our website under the company “AWSEO” wants to inform you of this to avoid any inconvenience. Having said that, once this delivery time has passed, i.e. 5 weeks, we want to keep you satisfied.

To do this, we will offer you solutions such as returning your order at our expense or creating a gift card worth more than the amount of your original order. This almost never happens, but our AWSEO website is becoming a victim of its own success, and we prefer to anticipate this type of situation and let you know what our policy is when it comes to customer service.

If you received your order confirmation 5 weeks ago or more, we therefore ask you to either reply to your order confirmation or send us an email at contactwebstore@proton.me.

To ensure that your email is processed as quickly as possible, we recommend that you include the following information in your email:

– Your order number

– The email address you used to place your order

– First name

– First name

– The contents of your order (also approximate)

– Date of your order

If you send an email to contactwebstore@proton.me, we also recommend that you include “Delivery Time – Your Order Number” in the subject line of the email.

Example: “Delivery time – 125698”.

4.4 Change of delivery address When
requesting a change of delivery address, we have the option to change the address at any time before the order is shipped.

4.5 Delivery via PO Box

4.6 Delivery to Military Addresses
We can deliver to military addresses via USPS. However, we cannot offer this service using courier services.

4.7 Out of stock items
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss whether you would prefer to wait for the out of stock item to return to stock or if you would prefer a voucher.
This voucher will have a value greater than the amount of your original order.

4.8 Exceeding the delivery time

5. Tracking Notifications
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link from which you can follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates available from the shipping service provider.

6. Packages damaged during transportation
If you find that a package has been damaged during transportation, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact our customer service. If the package has been delivered without your presence, please contact the members of our website under the company “AWSEO” who are engaged in customer service at the email address contactwebstore@proton.me.

7. Duties and Taxes

However, our website under the company name “AWSEO” will do its utmost to satisfy you by returning the items in your order at our own expense or offering you a gift card worth more than the amount of your original order.

9.1 Process for packages damaged in transit

We will issue a refund or replacement in accordance with the Returns and Refunds Policy, a link to which can be found at the bottom of this page.

9.2 Process for packages lost in transit

In the event that the postal service confirms a loss in transit, our website under the company “AWSEO” will do its utmost to satisfy you by returning the items in your order at its own expense or offering you a gift voucher worth more than the amount of your original order.
